About Me

Hi, I'm Lewis (He/him)  and I am a qualified counsellor and Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of counsellors and psychotherapists). I am passionate about helping people overcome their personal challenges and achieve their full potential.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in integration, which means I draw from various psychological theories and techniques to tailor treatment plans that suit each client’s unique needs. I firmly believe that one size does not fit all, and I am committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

My goal is to create a collaborative partnership with you, tailoring our sessions to your unique needs, goals, and pace of progress. Together, we will explore and work through the challenges you are facing, with a focus on achieving lasting emotional well-being and personal transformation.

My Professional Background

Prior to working in private practice, I have worked for Black Beetle Health, an organisation that works with marginalised groups to provide evidence based resources to inform and promote positive mental and sexual health in the LGBT community.  Some of my work has involved supporting those who have been affected by drug /alcohol addiction. I have also worked as a co-facilitator for gay men’s wellness groups, running group coaching programmes for those who have experienced mental as well as physical issues such as chronic pain, diabetes, high blood pressure to promote self management of their health and wellbeing.
